2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days across India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions.

  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer COD on eligible orders. However:

  • Orders may be verified via call or message before dispatch.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or restrict COD orders if suspicious activity is detected.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email to track your delivery status.

6. Delays in Shipping
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

UrbanNiq is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. If an order fails due to incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, it may be cancelled without refund of shipping charges.

8. Partial Shipments
In rare cases, items in your order may be shipped separately depending on availability.
