At UrbanNiq, we aim to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Product received is wrong item

👉 You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do NOT accept returns if:

  • Customer changes mind after delivery
  • Product is used or damaged by customer
  • Minor differences in packaging/brand variation

👉 Note: Product packaging/brand may vary based on availability.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • Clear photos/video proof

👉 Without proof → return will NOT be approved

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund will be issued only after product verification
  • Refund method:
    • UPI / Bank Transfer

⏳ Processing time: 5–7 working days

5. Replacement Option

In eligible cases, we may offer:

👉 Replacement instead of refund (faster solution)

6. COD Orders (Important)

  • COD charges are non-refundable
  • Fake/intentional returns → customer may be blocked

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing order
  • After dispatch → cancellation not possible
